When the red light is on, it is forbidden to go straight or turn left. When it does not hinder pedestrians and vehicles, it is allowed to turn right; when the green light is on, it is allowed to go straight or turn; when the yellow light is on, it is stopped within the stop line or crosswalk line of the intersection, and the traffic has continued; when the yellow light is flashing, it is necessary to warn the vehicles of safety.

The light-emitting diode (LED) is used as the light source of traffic signal lamp. Under the rated voltage of AC 220V, the power of a single light-emitting unit shall not exceed 25W.

The rated working voltage of the traffic signal lamp power supply is AC220V, 50Hz; it can work normally when the power supply voltage fluctuates within AC220V ± 44V, 50Hz ± 2Hz.

Technical data and relevant requirements of traffic lights:

The luminous intensity of red LED and yellow LED is more than 600 MCD. The super bright four element LED is used as the light source, which conforms to the international industrial secondary anti-static (esd-2000) standard. The luminous intensity of green LED is more than 6000 MCD, which is sealed by Cree chip. The light color complies with gbi14887. Chroma requirements: red 625nm, yellow 590nm, green 505nm.

Four lamp combination is adopted for traffic lights. The red, yellow and green lights are full screen lights and digital displays. The arrangement of full lamp shall be intensive. The service life of LED shall not be less than 80000 hours, and the visual distance of LED signal lamp shall not be less than 1000m. The power consumption of single lamp is less than 10 W, the working voltage is between ac180-260, and there is no color change. PCD circuit board is made of rigid printed circuit board made of flame-retardant material and tinned. The coating is not oxidized and the plate thickness is more than 1.8mm. The lead wire of each light-emitting unit shall conform to the national electrical standards, and the wire diameter shall not be less than 1.5mm. All components are subject to aging test, and electrical and optical parameters are tested respectively.

Reliable insulation, water-proof and dust-proof measures shall be taken at the entrance of traffic signal lamps to ensure that the road traffic signal lamps are not lower than the protection level of IP53.

4. All the seals in the traffic lights are made of silicone rubber, which will not age or harden under high and low temperature during the 10-year probation period.
